VFF Run #2: 1.5 Miles @ 10 min/mile pace

Taking the advice of others I went a bit easier on this run. Still heel striking, but I’m more aware of it now. Even though my run was half as long I can feel it in the calves a bit already. We’ll see what tomorrow brings.
